E-Attendance Policy

The attendance policy at Mharat Training aims to clarify the organizational procedures for synchronous electronic attendance, as synchronous electronic attendance refers to virtual presence in virtual classrooms and ensuring the trainee's presence in real time for the lesson. Therefore, organizational policies and procedures have been developed for synchronous electronic attendance, which are as follows:

  • Electronic attendance through virtual classes is equivalent to regular attendance.
  • Attendance hours are provided through synchronous virtual classes at a minimum of 25% of the program/course hours when providing training in asynchronous electronic mode, in programs that exceed a month.
  • Attendance hours are offered through synchronous virtual classes at a minimum of 25% of the program hours in the case of blended learning (whether virtual or regular attendance) in programs of more than one month.
  • Commitment of everyone to attend according to the time plan of the training program.
  • The trainee must attend at least (75%) of the hours allocated to the program in which he is registered.

Attendance and absence are recorded, documented, and followed up according to the following mechanism:

  1. Login to the training platform and fill in the login data.
  2. Once the time of the course is logged in, the entry and preparation time is calculated automatically in the system.

In the event that the trainee does not comply with the minimum percentage of "electronic attendance" - which has been approved - this will lead to the application of the following procedures:

  • Excused absence: The acceptance of sick excuses is approved, provided that a medical report issued by a medical facility provides all medical reports to the trainer.
  • Unexcused absence: The trainee is deprived of the certificate of attendance in the training program if his attendance is less than 70% of the program hours.

This attendance policy applies to all trainees enrolled in Mharat Training, and we are committed to ensuring the application of this policy, as well as all employees in the entity. Any violation of this policy exposes the violator to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed in Mharat Training.
