Mharat Training Policy in Allowing the Publication of Content:

  • It is forbidden to post any content that exposes or portrays people or institutions in a bad way.
  • It is forbidden to infringe by publishing or quoting content with intellectual rights without permission or consent.
  • It is forbidden to post any content contrary to religious or moral teachings.
  • It is forbidden to publish any content that affects national unity (racism, sectarianism, tribal...).

Actions taken by Mharat Training in the event of a violation of intellectual property rights:

Anyone who uses the training programs with their names or components, or who transfers, quotes, copies, displays or publishes in any way is subject to legal accountability.

These principles apply to all beneficiaries of Mharat Training services, and we are committed to ensuring the application of these principles, as are committed by all employees in the entity, and any violation of these principles exposes the violator to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed in Mharat Training in accordance with the procedures of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.
